MR LECTURER PART 7

I excused Jpapa from the whole squad he brought, to tell him the full story. He had also heard that I slept with Uncle Ben, which I didn’t. He only gave me a head, and then I was naïve. I want him to pay for what he has done I said. I opened up to him about Osagie too, and that really got at him. Jpapa is a ladies’ man, with lots of bad habits. He practically spends all his money on looking good. He has many girlfriends, but he never gets satisfied. He wants to sleep with all the women in school if possible. When he heard what happened he felt bad and said it was Nelly that caused this whole shit.

Jpapa: I trust myself “person go try that nonsense with my girlfriend…. Hmmm”.  

He picked Osagie as his first target saying Uncle Ben is difficult to deal with but we will. He says he needs a girl to set Osagie up, thus Vera accepted to be the bait. 

Vera became so close to Mr Osagie and following his bad habits he always wants to lay every girl that can pass for his daughter. His masculinity is extreme with his great frame of alopecia. He told Vera they would spend some time together, and Vera told him she doesn't want anywhere near school. He agreed with her, and they went into town, around new GRA. Jpapa was always in the picture of the whole plan, and he had planned with a press guy who would finish the whole job. 

It was Friday afternoon, after lectures hours and Mr Osagie got into his rickety Opel omega and started muscling it out of school. Jpapa and his crew of pressman and bad guys were on the trail. They followed him as he stopped at Mr. Biggs to buy food for the two of them. They followed him again as he moved to the new GRA, but he changed the hotel we expected he was going to. That wasn’t a problem though. Whichever hotel he goes to, he is in deep shit today.

He didn’t stay too long at the reception before climbing upstairs. Only God knows how he knew they lodge here. The hotel had no sign post, and nobody wore uniforms inside the hotel. Williams had come with Jpapa for the mission so he was sent in first to distract the girl at the reception desk. He walked to the desk and greeted the girl. He asked for room rates and asked if he could be shown the rooms. Since the staffs were not many, she was the one to lead in the inspection. They were checking the rooms upstairs when she suddenly skipped a particular room, which means that, the action is taking place there. 

Room 112 has always been known for bad habits, and they were fortunate to pick room 112. Williams agreed to stay in the room opposite 112 but he needs to show his friend if he is comfortable with the room. The girl at the reception was surprised when 3 guys walked in as the friends. He told her not to be scared that only two of them are staying here. The other friends came to drop them off. He walked with her back to the reception and the assignment began. 

Jpapa called room 112 and staged he was room service. 

Jpapa: hello, please I’m calling from the reception sir, there is an electrical problem we are experiencing right now, and our electrician would just come and switch off a main in your room. It would only take 10 seconds of your time. He said the electrician should come up as fast as possible. 

In less than a minute his room door was knocked, and as he opened they pushed him inside showing him a small pistol. He had pulled his clothes, wearing only a boxer short ready for action. Vera was on bra also playing along. We forced him to lie down as if we were really armed robbers, and took away all his possessions. We left him with only his boxers short and we took photographs of him lying on Vera. In all of this Vera’s face didn’t show. We left after a little bit of humiliation.  

The work is completed, now is the time to make him pay. The press guy was to leak the story to the media houses accusing the man of rape. His marriage is about to be destroyed because his wife was going to read the story. The news came out on Monday with one of the best headlines……

University of Ibadan lecturer (Mr Osagie) rapes student to coma……..

His picture followed with one of his notebooks in his hands. School management called him immediately and it was difficult for him to deny any involvement with a student. His defense was: it wasn’t rape. What was it was the question, but he was dumbfounded.

Senate met that day, and his fate was decided. He was to be suspended from the school till he can clear himself of this case. The whole school was happy that he was caught, but everyone wanted to know the student involved. The school has sent for Vera also but we had reported she has travelled home based on the trauma. 

He went to his office in shame to pack his belongings. I can imagine what would be running in his mind. What would I tell my wife? What of my kids? I was happy he was sober. He has caused much sadness in the lives of many; it was now his turn. He was about to enter his car when school security drove to the front of the department with two plain cloth policemen. They showed him their ID cards and said: you are under arrest for ………
